Easy DIY Shaker Cards with Cricut
Today I am going to show you how to make these beautiful Mother’s Day shaker cards using your Cricut and cardstock. This project is perfect for beginners so if you have never made shaker cards with your Cricut before then this is a great tutorial to start with!
Shaker cards are such a fun project to make with your Cricut! I decided to make a couple of 5×7 card designs for Mother’s Day this year and knew I wanted them to be shaker cards.
They were also surprisingly easy to make!

SUPPLIES NEEDED TO MAKE MOTHER’S DAY SHAKER CARDS USING YOUR CRICUT
Materials:
- Colored 65lb Cardstock Paper
- White 65lb Cardstock Paper
- Acetate Sheets
- Double-Sided Scrapbook Adhesive
- Indoor Mounting Foam Tape
- Sequins
- Glue Dots
Tools:
- Cricut cutting machine
- Lite grip cutting mat
- Standard grip cutting mat
- Scraper Tools
- Brayer tool (optional)
- Cricut fine point blade (comes with machine)
- Rotary Cutting Tool or Scissors
