VALENTINE’S DAY PAPER PLATE WREATH

My kids LOVE helping me decorate for every Holiday! They especially love when they get to make their very own Holiday decorations.

They had a blast making their Valentine’s Day wreaths this year. I think we might have to make one for every holiday now!

This was a super easy paper plate craft and turned out so pretty. It was really fun to see how they each chose to arrange their hearts a little differently on their wreaths making them unique.

They both also really enjoyed making the tissue paper heart in the middle of the wreath. Any chance to use glue and they are all about it!

I have a list of the supplies you will need for this craft as well as instructions and pictures showing you how to make it below.

I hope your kids have a blast making their very own this Valentine’s Day!

Step 6: Cut about 3" tall hearts into the folded cardstock just like you did for the paper plate center. It's ok if they are all different sizes.

Step 7: Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all of the different colors of cardstock. You will need 18-20 hearts total depending on how big you make them.

Step 9: Once everything has dried, flip the paper plate wreath and tissue paper heart over, and place the tissue paper heart in the center of the wreath. Attach (with tape or glue) a piece of ribbon to the tissue paper heart and the top of the wreath. The tissue paper heart should hang close to the center of the wreath.
